I'm under contract for the house.
Not exactly what I wanted, but..... Unless you can afford 800,000 house, you're not going to get exactly what you want.
So.... Gotta work with what I'm getting.
Every house I loved, sold ages ago.
NYC holding onto my money for 7 extra months, did their interest accumulation of course, completely messed up my time table.
If I could sue nyc for every fひcked up thing they did to me, I'd be very rich.
But no one wins doing this...
I do not miss NY. I miss my house, my fave local foods... Outside of nyc, it's true.
Pizza, Vietnamese, Japanese.... Just not good most places.

I want my own pool.... So I'm going to take out a home owners
loan for that..

Renovations on the house itself ..
Not so much...

I'll probably adopot a dog and get some chickens.... And a bee hive.
